Ellie Ryan is a Kellogg MBA Candidate passionate about infusing data-driven decisions into the social sector. As a Board Fellow, Ellie serves on the board of Tree House Humane Society and is leading a strategic initiative focused on transforming data integration and analytical capabilities to support program management. She is also VP of Auction and Data Analytics for Kellogg’s Charity Auction Ball, leveraging data to improve community engagement and fundraising efforts. Ellie is currently interning with REDF, a venture philanthropy, where she is developing impact measurement tools to facilitate strategic planning and mission alignment for a Seattle-based social enterprise. Prior to Kellogg, Ellie received a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and spent five years in Deloitte Consulting’s technology practice, designing and implementing innovative technology solutions to meet business needs within public sector healthcare.
