Allie Brouckman graduated from Dartmouth College with a B.E. in Biomedical Engineering, where she researched the material properties of orthopedic implants and played rugby. She then worked in product management at athenahealth, a Boston-based electronic health records (EHR) company. There, she optimized functionality for medical specialists and was a founding member of the grassroots team that released the first comprehensive EHR workflow for transgender patients. Following her first year at MIT Sloan, Allie interned at the Boston Consulting Group, where she developed a talent strategy for a healthcare organization launching an in-house digital accelerator. In her spare time, Allie enjoys gardening with her grandfather, studying medieval history, and improving her CrossFit skills.
