What we've achieved through the years

1996

The Thomas and Stacey Siebel Foundation founded

The Thomas and Stacey Siebel Foundation established as a nonprofit, public benefit corporation to foster programs and organizations that improve the quality of life, environment, and education of its community members.

2008

Siebel Stem Cell Institute founded

Siebel Stem Cell Institute established to fund joint research program in stem cell biology and regenerative medicine at the University of California, Berkeley Stem Cell Center and the Stanford University Institute for Stem Cell Biology.

2010

Siebel Scholar recognized by The White House

White House recognizes the African Leadership Academy, co-founded by Siebel Scholar Chris Bradford (’05).

2015

Siebel Energy Institute founded

Siebel Energy Institute established to fund cooperative research in data analytics including artificial intelligence and machine learning for modern energy and cyber-physical systems.

2019

Siebel Scholars Conference focuses on the implications of social media

Siebel Scholars Foundation convenes leading researchers at the “Social Media: Would Could Possibly Go Wrong?” conference to focus on the mechanisms of social media, including examining the science of manipulating humans and exploring its potential dangers on critical domains.
