This spring, Siebel Scholars organized events across the country to celebrate the end of the academic year. At dinners and brunches Siebel Scholars enjoyed food and each others company. Congratulations to the graduating Class of 2016 Siebel Scholars!

Spring Send Off Round Up

Stanford Spring Send-Off Dinner 5-16-16
Thanks to Yen-Hsiang Wang (Stanford BioE ’14) for organizing a send-off for the Class of 2016 Siebel Scholars from Stanford Computer Science, Bioengineering, and the GSB.  Over 60 Bay Area Siebel Scholars came together for a lively dinner on the patio at Terun.

UC San Diego Spring Send-Off Brunch 6-4-16
Thanks to Ludovic Vincent (UC San Diego BioE ’14) for organizing a Spring Send-off Brunch for the graduating Siebel Scholars, who were joined by Dean of Engineering Al Pisano and Institute of Engineering in Medicine Director Shu Chien at the Hotel La Jolla.

Chicago Spring Send-Off Brunch 6-3-16
Thanks to Rushi Sheth and Jeanne Gatto (both Northwestern Kellogg ’13) for organizing a Spring Send-off Brunch for the graduating Siebel Scholars from Kellogg and Booth. Current and alumni Siebel Scholars came together on June 3rd at Chicago’s GreenRiver.

UC Berkeley Spring Send-Off Dinner 5-6-16
Sophie Wong (UC Berkeley BioE ’15) organized a Spring Send-Off Dinner for the Class of 2016 Siebel Scholars from UC Berkeley CS, BioE, and Energy Science on May 6 at Galeto Brazilian Steakhouse. The 5-hour dinner included networking and reminiscing.

Johns Hopkins Spring Send-Off Dinner 5-2-16
Ivy Dick (Johns Hopkins BioE ’11) organized a Spring Send-Off Dinner for the graduating Class of 2016 Siebel Scholars from Johns Hopkins, as well as Siebel Scholar alumni in the Baltimore area, on May 2 at The Food Market.

Boston Spring Send-Off Dinner 4-26-16
Ben Lubin (Harvard CS ’10), James Noraky (MIT CS ’14), Charles Gammal (MIT Sloan ’10), and Seymour de Picciotto (MIT BioE ’14) organized a Spring Send-Off Dinner for the Class of 2016 Siebel Scholars from Harvard CS and MIT CS, BioE, and Energy.

CMU Spring Send-Off Dinner 4-14-16
Mrinmaya Sachan and Ishan Misra (both CMU CS ’14) organized a Send-Off Dinner for the Class of 2016 Computer Science and Energy Science Siebel Scholars from Carnegie Mellon. Students and faculty guests enjoyed an evening at The Porch at Schenley.
