16 Stanford Students Named Siebel Scholars
SIXTEEN STANFORD STUDENTS have been recognized by the Siebel Foundation with Siebel Scholars awards.
The awards recognize exceptional students at the world’s leading graduate schools of business, computer science, bioengineering and energy science. Siebel Scholars are chosen by the deans of their schools on the basis of outstanding academic achievement and demonstrated leadership. They receive a $35,000 award for their final year of studies.
The 92 scholars this year join more than 1,000 entrepreneurs, researchers and philanthropists from past Siebel Scholars classes. Through the program, the scholars are expected to influence the technologies, policies and economic and social decisions shaping the future.
