Tanya Marwah is a Masters student at Robotics Institute, CMU, working with Prof. Kris M. Kitani. Her primary research interests include Computer Vision, while her current research focuses on human action understanding by learning to generate synthetic humans performing diverse activities. She has a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad. During her undergrad she has worked as a research intern at BOSCH, India. Her work on medical imaging is currently being used in BOSCH and LV Prasad Eye institute for their eye-care solutions. Her research has also been published at top tier conferences such as, International Conference of Computer Vision (ICCV), ACM Multi-Media (ACM MM) and IBM i-Care.
